An experienced interviewer will pick up on

An experienced interviewer will pick up on this almost immediately. Interviewing can be stressful, and if you suddenly suffer from mental block and forget a portion of your answer, this will totally throw you off balance.

Here are some examples of common interview questions that are asked during interviews:

- Tell me about yourself. This is a standard question that is always asked during job interviews. The great thing about this question is that it allows the applicants to reveal their personality and share information that they think would help them land the job.

- Why should our company hire you for this job? This is another standard question that job interviewers asked. Usually, applicants take this as their cue to sell themselves by dazzling the interviewer with a run down of the list of their achievements, talents, skills. Don’t overdue it; arrogance is not an appealing trait.

- Where do you see yourself ten years from now? This question is aimed at determining the level of commitment by the applicants toward their occupation.
